By completing your booking online, you are confirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined below:
Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. Check-out is no later than 11am. Minimum age for check-in is 18. Guests may be required to show Government issued photo ID at check-in. A pre-authorisation deposit may be required upon check-in for any incidentals charged to the room.
Cancellation and Modification policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the rate booked. For all non-refundable rates, no modifications or cancellations are allowed. For flexible rates, cancellation or modifications are allowed up to the specified date and time stated at time of booking - this is typically either 24 or 48 hours before arrival date. Cancellations outside of the free cancellation period will incur a 100% charge of the full booking.
Children and beds
Children of any age are welcome however there are no capacity for extra beds or cots.
Payment
For non-refundable rates, payment is taken as soon as the booking is confirmed. For flexible rates, payment is taken on arrival or in case of no-show, on the arrival day. You, the cardholder, are also authorising Stourport Manor Hotel Ltd to charge the same Credit/Debit card used for this booking for the price of the booking, any room charges, incidental damages and theft charges. Furthermore, you are also authorising Stourport Manor Hotel Ltd to temporarily hold an amount (pre-authorisation) prior to your arrival. If you are booking the room for someone else and do not want to be liable for the guest's room charges and incidentals, then please make sure you select the checkbox stating 'guest should pay for incidentals' under the Guest Details section of the booking. Please note that if you do choose this option, the guest will be required to present their own bank card upon check-in.
Other Charges
Please note that while the hotel is dog friendly, only certain rooms are allocated for dogs. Therefore, you must inform the hotel prior to arriving how many dogs you are bringing. Each dog is charged at £25 per night with a £50 deposit, returned at the end of your stay.
The Hotel Leisure Centre is not inclusive in any booking types and is charged at £5 per person, per day. The swimming pool is only available for hourly slots and must be pre-booked.
Breakfast is cheaper when pre-booked so please take advantage of this offer as paying for breakfast on the morning is more expensive.
